The practice
One person at the core, a team when it is needed. You always know who is building your site and who to call. When a project asks for more hands, they come from designers and developers I have shipped with before, listed below.
A system, not a starting point. Every project runs on templates, conventions and review agents built and refined across real work. It is why delivery is fast without quality depending on how much time was left at the end.
Accountable after handover. Sites are audited before they ship — performance, SEO, accessibility, code quality — and maintained afterwards. Most of my work comes from clients I built for years ago.
